    SIMATIC HMI 按键型面板

    The SIMATIC HMI Key Panels impress users by offering maximum flexibility in the most restricted space – and at an extremely favorable price. They also offer an abundance of other benefits.
    Safe data traffic with PROFINET
    With two PROFINET-enabled Ethernet interfaces onboard and integral switch functionality, the KP8 PN can be integrated extremely easily into existing automation networks – without costly cabling or additional hardware.
    High availability and integral diagnostics
    Faults can be bridged by means of an integral redundancy mechanism. A wire break or component failure, for example, can be offset by the Media Redundancy Protocol (MRP) for networks with a ring topology.

For larger control panels you can add further units without a gap and electrically connected due to integrated Ethernet switches as well as looped through 24 V DC.

    Design and functions
    SIMATIC HMI KP8 PN offers 8 large illuminated pushbuttons which can easily be labeled with labelling strips. The keys feature tactile feedback. Thus they can be reliably operated even when wearing gloves. You can set five colors (blue, green, red, yellow, white) and the brightness of the keys via the STEP 7 hardware configuration. 8 I/O PINs are available on the rear side; these I/O PINs can be used to connect additional control elements.
    The KP8F can be addressed by two controllers via the Shared Device PROFINET function.
    The Key Panels can be installed next to each other without gaps, due to the integrated Ethernet switch the units can be part of a line topology and even the 24V DC can easily be looped through.
    The format of the Key Panels is selected so that they are also ideally suited for installation into the expansion units of the fully enclosed HMI devices.
    Key Panel KP8F – the fail-safe version
    With the help of the integrated PROFIsafe communication, this Key Panel can be used for fail-safe operation with SIMATIC S7-300F/400F. The two additional fail-safe inputs of the KP8F can be used for failsafe **s, e.g. sensors with floating contacts.
    Two emergency stop buttons according to SIL 2 or one according to SIL3 can be connected.

    For larger control panels you can add further KP32 or KP8 units without a gap and electrically connected due to integrated Ethernet switches as well as looped through 24 V DC.
